Pulled Pork Sliders
Some classics can’t be beat, but they can be taken to the next level. A little goes a long way to feed a crowd in style.
Ingredients
- 1 HyLife Pork Butt
- 1 large chopped Carrots
- 1 large quartered Onions
- 1 large chopped Celery
- Chicken Stock or water
- 1 sprig Thyme
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 2 large Bay Leaves
- BBQ Sauce
- Brioche Buns
Instructions
- Pat dry the pork butt, then season with salt and pepper and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Put pork butt in a deep Dutch oven. Add carrots, onions, celery, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. Pour chicken stock to cover half the pork butt, and put on the lid.
- Cook pork butt in the over for 4 hours at 325°F.
- Remove the meat to a separate dish and shred with forks. Add leftover cooking jus and BBQ sauce until of desired consistency.
- Toast buns and build sliders with your preferred toppings.
