Pulled Pork Sliders

Some classics can’t be beat, but they can be taken to the next level. A little goes a long way to feed a crowd in style.

Ingredients

  • 1 HyLife Pork Butt
  • 1 large chopped Carrots
  • 1 large quartered Onions
  • 1 large chopped Celery
  • Chicken Stock or water
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 2 large Bay Leaves
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Brioche Buns

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the pork butt, then season with salt and pepper and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Put pork butt in a deep Dutch oven. Add carrots, onions, celery, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. Pour chicken stock to cover half the pork butt, and put on the lid.
  3. Cook pork butt in the over for 4 hours at 325°F.
  4. Remove the meat to a separate dish and shred with forks. Add leftover cooking jus and BBQ sauce until of desired consistency.
  5. Toast buns and build sliders with your preferred toppings.
